Botanical Steam Therapy Consent & Service Agreement
I understand and agree to the following terms as a client of “Organic Flow,” and I voluntarily receive services based on this agreement.
1. Purpose of Treatment
Botanical steam therapy aims to support natural balance, relaxation, and overall well-being through the gentle use of herbal steam.
The services provided by this salon are intended for relaxation, beauty care, and general wellness. They are not medical treatments.
These services do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any illness or medical condition.
Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
If you have any medical concerns or symptoms, please consult a licensed healthcare professional before receiving the service.
2. Disclosure of Health Conditions
If you are taking medication, have a chronic illness, allergies, or are pregnant or may be pregnant, please consult your primary physician before receiving this service.
Please refrain from booking if you have a fever, infectious disease, skin inflammation, open wounds, or any condition that has not fully healed.
Our services are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any medical condition.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your health prior to the session.
Please follow your doctor’s guidance when making decisions about your health.
The salon is not liable for any adverse effects or conditions resulting from undisclosed health information or the disregard of medical advice.
3. Risks
Herbal steam involves high temperatures, which may cause burns, dizziness, dehydration, or other physical discomfort.
Some individuals may experience skin redness, itching, or allergic reactions.
Those with sensitivity to heat or delicate skin may experience increased risk compared to others.
If you feel discomfort, excessive heat, or changes in your condition during the session, notify the staff immediately.
Please hydrate adequately before and after your session to support safe detoxification.
If you choose to continue the session against staff recommendations, you assume full responsibility, and the salon cannot be held liable.
By receiving the service, you acknowledge and accept these risks and participate at your own discretion.
4. Disclaimer
I understand these risks and agree to receive the treatment at my own discretion and responsibility.
Organic Flow and its staff are not responsible for any discomfort, injury, adverse reaction, or health issue that may occur before, during, or after the session.
The services provided do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
By signing this agreement, I voluntarily participate in the service and release Organic Flow and its staff from any liability, claims, or damages related to the session.
5. Salon Policies
Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients is strictly prohibited.
Removing or taking salon equipment or supplies without permission is not allowed.
Photos and videos are welcome; however, please respect the privacy and comfort of other clients and staff when filming or posting on social media.
When receiving services with friends or family, please keep voices at a comfortable and gentle level to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests.
Failure to follow staff instructions may result in termination of the session and/or denial of future services.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The salon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
6. Cancellation & Late Policy
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee.
For clients using a pre-paid ticket: one ticket will be deducted.
For clients paying regular session rates: 100% of the session fee will be charged.
If you or your child becomes ill or injured unexpectedly, a cancellation fee (or one ticket) will apply; however, if you reschedule within 2 weeks, the fee will be credited toward the new appointment.
(Emergency accommodations will be handled case-by-case, and rescheduling can only be made within available openings during the 2-week period.)If you are menstruating, the session will be adjusted to a foot steam or facial steam in place of cancellation.
For group bookings, please note that if a cancellation is made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file under the group representative’s name. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us provide a comfortable and mindful experience for all guests.
7. Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information and counseling records are securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Your information is used solely for improving service quality, safety management, and internal record-keeping.
When using external systems (scheduling, payment processing, etc.), we ensure that your information is handled safely and appropriately.
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. Consent
I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms above, and I voluntarily receive the treatment.
