Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for services is completed in the salon at the time of your appointment.
12-Hour Cancellation Notice
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee.
Session tickets: One (1) session will be deducted
Regular-rate bookings: 100% of the treatment fee will be charged
Illness or Injury (Emergency Consideration)
In cases of sudden illness or injury affecting the guest or their child, a cancellation fee (or deduction of one session) may be applied once. If a rescheduled appointment is made within two (2) weeks, the amount will be credited toward the rescheduled session. Emergency accommodations are limited and subject to availability.
Menstruation
Cancellations due to menstruation are not accepted. Your session will be changed to a Foot Steam or Facial Steam.
Group Bookings
For group reservations, cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged to the credit card registered by the group representative.
